Radha Khera

Radha Khera is an intellectual property and fashion attorney with a decade of legal experience. She works with Remfry & Sagar, one of the largest Intellectual Property Firms in India and arguably the second oldest in the world.

Radha obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and then pursued a master’s degree of law at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA where she studied intellectual property and entertainment law including legal issues in the television industry. She is also a trained fashion lawyer and has completed her second level masters in fashion law from Luiss Guido Carli, Rome, Italy.

An active member of the Media team at the Firm, Radha regularly gives presentations and speaks at several conferences and has authored several articles on trending legal topics.

Radha is also an EU-GDPR Certified Data Protection Professional – April, 2021-2023.

When away from her desk, Radha enjoys spending time with metaphysical and healing modalities. She is a certified Crystal Healer, Reiki practitioner & Tarot reader. Travelling is her passion.
